Here they are- almost completely done in gouache. I'm really moving away from my colored pencils. I find painting the entire peice more fun and actually quicker. Of course I'll probably change my mind and use pastels tomorrow but for now I'm happy:)

I really like it in paint, Penny. I know what you mean about it being quicker and I KNOW it is easier on the hands and fingers. This is a gorgeous piece with so much reality and emotion. I love it!
